The FPL is a two-tiered fantasy football league where the competing clubs are seperated into a Premier or Relegated league at the start of each season.  Whereupon the respective club is then competing for the opportunity to be promoted to the Premier League or the chance to win it themselves.  It's a highstakes, no holds barred competition to determine who truly is the ultimate fantasy footballer.
